holy crap

Well, not every post needs to be entirely about training...right? And since I'm a dork, I thought this video was pretty stellar:

I can remember making Rube Goldberg machines in middle school for science competitions...ours were, uh, simple.

And what off-topic post would be complete without some animals?

Animals catching treats in slow motion.

Keep the music nominations coming!

  1. That's awesome! I bet we could build something with all the equipment in the gym :) but then we'd have to clean it up :(

  3. Another hilarity-induced ab workout. Love the animal video. Recommending animal videos to Dave is like telling Grandmaster how to do front snap kick properly. Well, here goes. Hey Dave, look at:

  4. Dave,
The 6am crew will miss you in the morning! I'm sure Jen and Matt will take good care of us, and I bet you don't miss the waking up! I know I don't love that 5:30 alarm. Sarah and I will have to swing by in the evening sometimes to say hi.
    Cheers!

  5. Dave! I re-fell in love with Motown! Rhapsody has an "old school dance" playlist. Now remarks now. If we have a laptop during workout that could plug into stereo system, I could log in to my account and I could say: Friends, Tucsonans, CrossFitters! Lend me your ears! Boogie-ness would occur and PRs would flow forth!

  6. Hey Dave,
No offense but your blog is starting to remind me of one of Lance's workouts...great start out of the gate, but dragging ass by the end. You really need to work on your consistency, this flurry of posts followed by weeks of inactivity isn't getting it done. What's your excuse? It's not like you have to get up at 5AM anymore.

I want more Dave, on a more consistent basis!!! (That's what she said!)
